- Initial Consulting and Walk-through
- On our initial visit, your personal DHS representative records the make, model and location of all major plumbing, heating, air conditioning and electrical appliances in your home as well as other pertinent facts. The information is stored in our computer database for access when you call. In case of emergency or when work is performed in your home, your personal home inventory data enables us to guide you or the service person efficiently and effectively.
- Key Service
- Can't be home to oversee the job? Just want someone there? No problem! We can arrange for an employee of DHS to meet the contractor and oversee the job to completion. Or we can provide service when you are out of town.
- Seasonal Reminders/Valuable Information
- As a client, you'll receive our newsletter containing valuable information regarding home maintenance tips. DHS will remind you when to schedule seasonal home services. Need your air conditioning system checked? Or those outside hose valves shut off for the winter? No problem! Just one call - it's that easy!
