- Delbe Home Services provides services to members in Washington, DC, lower Montgomery County, western Prince George's County, as well as Northern Virginia. Delbe Home Services is continuing to expand and it is recommended that you contact us to see if we are servicing your area.
- I am not interested at this time in becoming a member, but would like a recommendation and estimate for someone to refinish my hardwood floors. Is that possible?
- I am sorry but we only provide services to our members and do not operate as a free referral service.
- Am I paying a premium for the cost of materials and/or for the labor charges?
- No. We have negotiated rates with our contractors, which allows us to be competitive with the open market rate charged for similar work performed. In some cases our rates are actually less than you could obtain by doing your own shopping for services.
- What is the amount of the membership fee, and what do I get for that fee?
- The annual membership fee is $175 for single family homes, $475 for condo owners. Your membership fee goes to offset our expense on doing the walk-through of your home, setting up your account and home inventory list, and for your subscription to the Delbe Pointers newsletter. Someone is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to answer your questions, to make suggestions and to provide assistance in an emergency.
- In addition to my home, I have a rental property in the area. Does the fee cover both properties?
- No. the fee ($175 for single family homes, $475 for condos) covers the membership for your primary residence. There is an additional membership fee of $75 for each of your rental properties

- I would like to become a member, can I do that online?
- Yes. Go to the Contact Us section on this web site, then go to the bottom of the page and click on the membership button, fill out the short contact form and then click on the submit button. Once we receive your membership contract a personal home services representative will contact you.
- I have some contractors I currently use that I like. Is that a problem?
- No. You may continue to use contractors of your own choosing at any time. However, your representative will not be able to schedule and oversee the job for you unless the contractor is part of our network.
